How Not to Appropriate Kids Yoga Events at Tejal Yoga, Attendee Reflections

“This session was excellent! I agreed with lots of the content and felt empowered to lean more into my curiosities about what teaching kids yoga could look like. I appreciated the comparison of a yoga study to Montesorri - it completely made sense to me!”

“Thank you for such an informative discussion & workshop. I really appreciated all of the information and discussion and ability to ask questions throughout the presentation. Would love to keep this discussion going and putting it all into action!”

“Great information.. I would love to hear more examples on how you would approach the definition of yoga in programs, examples on if we are not able to use sanskrit words, what are other ways we can honor the practice. Thank you!!”

“This was so good! I found it super helpful to connect principles of Montessori, social emotional learning and a decolonized approach to children’s yoga. Thank you!!!”
