Together we’ll discuss ways Ayurveda in today's context disrupts cultural norms. It goes against everything our modern lives and the systems we live in, have prescribed for us.

Join the 4th Saturday of each month for our 75 minute workshops

9:30a - 10:45a PT | 11:30a - 12:45p ET | 5:30p - 6:45p UK GMT

Reserve each month to experience a different focus:

  • Breath: Heart Japa + Gratitude // Reserve now!

Nurturing the blooming heart with beej mantras and cultivating gratitude for all that we have and are as part of the nature that we make up.

These kinds of practices are also part of Ayurveda in that the vibrations we create and eminate are as important as the ones we take in through food and experience.

  • Spring: Body - Nasya as a Daily Practice // Reserve now!

Discover how to manage allergies, congestion and support focus and health longevity all with Nasal oiling. Ayurveda advises this as part of a full Panchakarma protocol but also as part of a healthy daily routine.

Note! You will need to source plain sesame oil. Any plain sesame oil will do, but here's a specific nasya oil you Indie recommends: Banyan Botanicals

  • Spring: Breath - Stimulating Kapha, Kapalabhati and Ujjayi Pranayama.

Become a Tejal Yoga Member to access the replay through June 2024.

  • Winter: Body - Energising asana, surya namaskar and garshana or dry body brushing.

Become a Tejal Yoga Member to access the replay through May 2024.

  • Winter: Mind - Tamas and Sattva in meditation

Become a Tejal Yoga Member to access the replay through April 2024.

Learn practical ways to support your wellbeing during different seasons.

These interactive ayurveda offerings include meditation, asana, self massage, pranayama, and more!

Learn more about Indie

Indie (she/her) is a Yoga and meditation guide, Ayurvedic Lifestyle consultant and Therapist, and Holistic Facialist. Her work is informed by sharing from the roots of Yoga and Ayurveda to our lives now. Indie believes that self care and collective care are inherently linked.

Indie offers a variety of practices beyond asana including Pranayama, mantra, meditation, marmas and mudras. Indie runs a Holistic clinic practice and enjoys supporting people through nutrition, herbs, lifestyle, and bodywork in her new 1:1 Ayurvedic Consultations!

I’m offering workshops and consultations with this community because Tejal Yoga is a space for curiosity, unlearning, and honouring South Asian knowledge systems whilst disrupting the status quo.

All of which align with a lot of my own story and journey of reclamation.
