Pranayama & Breath class, where you'll be guided through two pranayama techniques that can give space to feel supported by our interconnectedness with one another and nature. This season is ripe with so many moments to get caught up in binary thinking, yet tapping into the breath can teach us nuance, and that we are always in relationship with ourselves and one another.
Mantra & Chanting and Pranayama & Breath practices occur on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
