Wind down from the weekend with a restorative Pranayama practice to balance Rajas.
Meera will guide students through light movements followed by Pranayama techniques that are aimed at calming the nervous system, connecting inwards and restoring.
Session will be followed by journaling and reflection to drive into the week with intention.
