  • In December’s Mantra & Chanting workshop, you'll be guided through two mantras that help cultivate a deeper sense of trust within. You'll be invited to explore how trust and conviction can support looking back on this year to see with clarity.

    Pranayama & Breath class, where you'll be guided through three breath practices that cultivate trust within. You'll be invited to explore inhale-focused breath with gentle momvenet to help connect to a deeper sense of conviction within yourself



Mantra & Chanting and Pranayama & Breath practices occur on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
