In September’s Mantra & Chanting workshop, you'll be guided through two mantras that pacify the nervous system and ground the mind. You'll be invited to explore how the feeling and vibration of sound can allow your mind to settle and bring clarity.

Pranayama & Breath class, where you'll be guided through three breath techniques that can soothe anxiety and settle nervous energy. You'll be invited to explore how the qualities of your breath change as your mood and state shift.
Mantra & Chanting and Pranayama & Breath practices occur on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
