In Mantra & Chanting: Explore chanting practices to learn and discuss application in a supportive community.

  • In June, you'll be guided through two mantras that support your ability to be present with what is. Through sound, you'll be invited to explore the challenges and beauty of bearing witness to the world around you.



In Pranayama & Breath: Discover breathing practices to process, rest and engage in a supportive community.

  • In June, you'll be guided through practices that refine your ability to practice presence that starts from within. You'll be invited to explore how the breath can support your ability to direct the mind and be present with the world around you.



Mantra & Chanting and Pranayama & Breath practices occur on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
