In July, you'll be guided through chants that give space and reverence for anger, and provide support to let anger move through you.
In Pranayama & Breath: Discover breathing practices to process, rest and engage in a supportive community.
In July, you'll be guided through two breath techniques to nurture the process of anger moving through your system. Through reflections and connecting with breath, you'll be invite to explore your relationship to anger and how to channel it.
Mantra & Chanting and Pranayama & Breath practices occur on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
