In January’s Mantra & Chanting workshop, you'll be guided through a mantra and sound practices that allow your attention to draw inward and be in harmony with the winter season. You'll be invited to explore how even though the new year has begun, you are allowed to move slowly.

Pranayama & Breath class, where you'll be guided through two pranayama practices to embrace the winter season of drawing inward, reflecting, and slowing down. You'll be invited to explore how even as the new year begins, there is still space to honor moving at your own pace.
Mantra & Chanting and Pranayama & Breath practices occur on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
