  • In August's Mantra & Chanting workshop, we'll focus on two mantras to help release facial and jaw tension. Come and notice the relationship between physical tension in the body, breath, and tension in the mind.

    Pranayama & Breath class, featuring three breath techniques to support tension release from the jaw, face, and neck. Explore the relationship between the qualities of your breath when you're carrying tension, vs when you feel at ease.



Mantra & Chanting and Pranayama & Breath practices occur on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
