  • In this month's mantra practice, you'll be guided through a mantra practice that supports your capacity for being present with emotions. Throung sound, breath and reflection, you'll be encouraged to explore where there is resistance to feeling and holding emotions.

Pranayama to Support Being Present with Emotions

  • In this month's pranayama practice, you'll be guided through two breath practices that build your capacity to be present with your emotions. You'll be guided through reflections on what is showing up on Anandamaya (emotion dimension) and where they may be resistance to feeling.
