Monday: 10 AM Meditation: All Beings, Harpinder

  • Explore connection to the self, showing self compassion and how that can travel and translate outwards to your community.

Tuesday: 9:30 AM Meditation: BIPOC Centered, Indie

  • Inspiration, meditation, circle and sharing. Open to all students who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color.

Tuesday: 5 PM Yoga: Pranayama & Breath Control, Archana

  • During this exploration of pranayama and breath control, your guide will focus on what is causing stuck breath - mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually.

Wednesday: 9:30 AM Meditation: All Beings, Rabia

  • Ground in meditation & reflection with the support of mudra, marmani and more to explore your own experience.

Wednesday: 1 PM Monthly (3rd Wednesday of the month): Pranayama & Breath, Melissa

  • Breathing practices to process, rest and engage in a supportive community.

Wednesday: 5:30 PM Yoga: Slow Poses & Philosophy, Tejal

  • Mindfulness-based practice where you can explore a place of gentle reminders and soft opening paired with philosophy readings.

Wednesday: 6:30 PM Monthly (Final Wednesday of the month): BIPOC Centered Restorative, Tejal

  • Luxurious rest practice where you’re invited to bring pillow, blanket, chair, or join from bed.

Thursday: 8:30 AM Yoga: Sun Salutations & Meditation, Manoj

  • To start our day in a meaningful way including meditation, readings & mantra, traditional Surya Namaskara & pranayama to generate heat in the body. Modifications available.

Thursday: 7 PM Yoga: Restorative & Poetry, Rabia

  • In this class we will deepen the breath, release tension and listen to soothing heart opening poetry.

Friday: 12 PM Meditation: On Philosophy, Tejal

  • Dive into guided meditation within specific philsophical ideas and questions at the intersection of now. For all levels.

Saturday: 11 AM Yoga: Science & Spirituality Satsang, Abha

  • Center & ground yourself in focused study, study verses from Bhagavad Gita & Yoga Sutra, gather in discussion to unpack meaning.

  • Strong/heat-building class that incorporate stories and embodiment to incorporate aspects of yoga on & off the mat. All levels are invited to try this unique class!
