In Mantra & Chanting: Explore chanting practices to learn and discuss application in a supportive community.

  • In October’s Mantra & Chanting workshop, you'll be invited to explore two mantras that support you in cultivating trust in your values, and what it feels like to be take action from this place. This practice will be energizing, clarifying, and grounding.

    Pranayama & Breath class, where you'll be guided through three techniques that help you develop a sense of deeper clarity and strength in your values and how they guide your life. This practice is focusing, supportive, and grounding.



Mantra & Chanting and Pranayama & Breath practices occur on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
