"The weekend was a wonderful opportunity to reset and feel completely taken care of. Tejal created a safe atmosphere that allowed her students to forge a deeper connection with their bodies, minds and emotions. She led us through a combination of challenging and restorative yoga sequences and mindfulness practices. She was also able to take a step back and let the group dynamics and needs take precedence over the original agenda. "Spending anything more than an hour on yoga or mindfulness is completely out of my comfort zone. However, the retreat weekend left me feeling that the ideas and poses of yoga, as well as taking time to reflect and respond to my surroundings are totally accessible to me. The combination of personal reflection time and group discussion was a perfect balance that made both parts more meaningful.
