As an intimidated beginner she made me feel like an expert! In each class I learned something new and yet felt stronger with each revisited pose.
I workout regularly and never before did I realize that some of my workouts actually incorporated some yoga poses. I now know how to focus and make sure that I'm using the correct muscles. I could go on about how great my experiences have been!
