Our Collective Hum is a mindfulness-based beginner-friendly class that honors inclusivity and diversity. The 90min class includes seated meditation, intention setting, breath-work, a foundational vinyasa flow practice, and restorative poses. At the start of the class Tejal will speak on the importance of POC & Allies classes, and offer attendees to speak on "why yoga is important to you or your community?". This class will feature POC led organizations who will also present on this question. Please join us as we build a more diverse and mindful community.
